아침 쌀쌀, 낮 기온 평년기온 회복<br /><br />Good morning. We had a chilly and windy Sunday but temperatures will return to the seasonal norms this afternoon so dress accordingly on your way out. It's only 3 degrees Celsius in Seoul right now.<br />Meanwhile, the dryness in the air continues for much of the country. Seoul is still under a dry weather warning... and we did have a few reports of wild fires. We can't stress enough how important it is to be extra careful when handling fires.<br />Temperature wise, Seoul and Daegu are at 3 degrees. Morning lows are freezing in Gyeongju and Chuncheon.<br />But by the afternoon the numbers will sky rocket to 21 and 19 degrees, bright skies to start the new week for entire nation.<br />There's nothing out of the ordinary in terms of weather.
